In general, we would say that first the wood is cut to the dimensions and shapes we want, smoothed with special sandpapers, painted at least 2 times with ecological varnishes or paints. At the same time, the other materials are prepared (if necessary) (eg, wheels, fiber shafts, etc.). Then the engravings are done on the laser (forest toys logo and the other designs). Later, the individual pieces are assembled, after being smeared with wood glue and pressed with clamps to stick well. At the end, the toy is checked for safety and quality and thoroughly cleaned.
For most toys the choice of color is given as soon as you enter its page. But if you want a toy to have specific colors (make your own color composition), you can contact us to see if your wish can be fulfilled. Of course there are games where there is no choice of other color combinations.
