Refund and Returns Policy

The refund and returns policy lasts 15 calendar days from the day you receive the product. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we need proof of purchase or invoice.

Returns are only made if any toy is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.(there is our express commitment that the toy or product leaves our workshop in perfect condition )
A toy cannot be returned for any other reason (e.g. the customer has changed his mind)
The reason for this is because the vast majority of toys are not ready for delivery and are put into the production process upon order.

 

Refunds

As soon as we receive your return request we will carry out the necessary check of the conditions under which the toy has been damaged or destroyed and then we will notify you if the request for the return of the product is accepted. (by phone and by email)
If your request is accepted we will inform you how the return will be made.

Once we have received the game and checked it, we will send you an email that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then the refund will be processed very soon by depositing into an account that you indicate to us.
Then we would like you to inform us that you have received the money.

 

Toy Exchange

Toys can be exchanged in special cases (to have what the customer wants available – if he wants) and always in consultation with us.

Delayed or no refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please double check your bank account first.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Gifts
If the product you want to return has been marked as a gift you will receive a money credit equal to its value that you can use towards future purchases. All of the above will be done after following the same procedure as the problematic products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
