Big maze swirl with balance

Description

We practice with balancing exercises and boards with two main objectives: 1) to roll the ball to the center of the maze, and 2) to maintain our balance. This is done mainly in two ways:

1. Stand upright on the sides of the maze and support yourself on the wall (or not). Rotate the maze to change its tilt and let the ball roll from the starting point to the center, without it falling outside the walls.

2. Assume a push-up position and support yourself with your hands on the maze. Tighten your core and with rotational movements, let the ball roll toward the center. This way, the exercise takes on a playful form.

Game Safety Instructions:
– This is an indoor game for smooth surfaces. Practicing on hard surfaces (asphalt, concrete) will wear down the bottom of the game.
– Maximum user weight: 100 kg (when standing on the maze).
