Pillow with hooks

Description

It is slightly longer and narrower compared to other pillows.

A moving device on which we can perform dozens of exercises to improve: strength, flexibility, and endurance.

It is also recommended for play by children, mainly with running exercises.

With this, we can do:

•Running exercises in many different ways
•Isometric exercises (planks with hands on the floor and feet on the floor or vice versa)
•Flexibility exercises (mainly on the floor, but also standing)
•Complex balance exercises (with one foot on top and the other on the floor)
•It can be used for strength exercises (its weight is about 3 kg), lifts with one or two hands, front or sideways
•In an indoor space (if at least 6 pieces are available, it can be used for a group game with 3 against 3 balls, like basketball or handball)
It consists of:

•Double pieces of wood: an interior MDF – not visible – and a piece of solid wood exterior.
•5mm thick foam inside
•High-quality, durable leatherette
•8 loops for attachment to straps
•4 small rotating wheels
Caution in its use:

It does not have a brake or any way to stop when performing running exercises (no downhill use)
The leatherette covering is durable, waterproof, but should be protected from sharp objects
It is mainly for indoor use, as the wheels wear out on rough surfaces
