Description

A movable exercise device in which we can perform dozens of exercises to improve: strength, flexibility, and endurance.

It is also recommended for children’s play, primarily with running exercises.

With this device, we can perform:

•Running exercises in many different ways
•Isometric exercises (planks with hands on the floor and feet on the ground, or the opposite)
•Flexibility exercises (mainly on the floor, but also standing)
•Complex balance exercises (one foot on the device and the other on the floor)
•Can be used for strength exercises (weighs approximately 5 kg) such as lifts with one or two hands, both front and sideways
•In an indoor space (if at least 6 pieces are available, it can be used for team play with balls 3 versus 3, similar to basketball or handball).
Precautions for use:

•It does not have a brake or any other way to stop when performing running exercises (no downhill usage)
•The synthetic leather covering is durable and waterproof but should be protected from sharp objects
•It is primarily for indoor use, as the wheels will wear out on rough surfaces
