Description

It is recommended to first get on the stilts while supporting our back against a wall.

Afterwards, we can practice static balance, and once we feel confident, we can take small steps.

The walking process is as follows: holding the top part of the stilt firmly, we pull it upwards and simultaneously lift the leg up and forward.

In case of a fall, we should not let go of the stilts, but simply land on the ground. There is no risk of injury (it’s like jumping from a 30-centimeter step). The dangerous part is letting go of the stilts suddenly, which may either make the landing difficult or cause the stilts to hit a nearby child.
