Repair:

If a toy is damaged or a part is broken: the possibility of repair is checked (by sending a photo of the damaged part and telephone communication) if repaired, shipped and returned with ACS (customer charge) and there is a labor charge based on the time it took to repair (reasonable rates).

Upgrade:

There are some toys that, with minor modifications, can be used in another way or on top of them, conversions can be made and thus we have 2 or even more games. Someone will be able to understand which toys these are by reading the detailed description of the toys.
